3rd business trip with RS to Shenzhen and Guangzhou for our hotel events. Before we flew, I had a funny tasting Tomyam noodle and a coconut. This brand of coconuts tastes super good! Highly recommended.
The Shenzhen airport is the nicest airports in China I've been to. Have always liked it since my first visit to Shenzhen many years ago, because the toilets have toilet paper. Hahaha. I believe they expanded the airport again!

| This area is so nice and clean. All the belts were lined up with carts prior to collection so it was really convenient and considerate! |
We stayed at the Sheraton Hotel, which is located at the 福田 district of Shenzhen. 福田 is considered the new CBD of Shenzhen (the old CBD is 罗湖区), so it is very similar to Raffles Place, with skyscrapers everywhere. Below, you can see the tallest building in Shenzhen!! It was really crazy tall. It's called the Ping An International Finance Centre, still under construction and will be completed next year! It's 115 storeys tall, so it's going to be the 4th tallest building in the world!
We booked a twin room at Sheraton, which costs about $170/night. Somehow they ran out of twin rooms when we checked-in, so we got upgraded to a club room with a king sized bed, plus 2 free breakfasts! YAYYY
What we loved most about Sheraton was their bed!!! They used really good sheets which felt silky smooth and guarantee you a good night's sleep.
Fortunately, we didn't have to conduct training right after we had arrived. We went out for dinner and because we were in the city centre, it was super easy to find food within 5 min walk.
It was quite late at night, about 9+pm, and some of the restaurants had closed, so we just randomly chose a HK restaurant to eat. The food was not very nice though, and the dishes which should have been spicy were not spicy at all LOL.

We woke up to this wonderful breakfast! So tasty :D And a huge variety of food was available.
It was a hectic day for us! We conducted training in Shenzhen in the morning, and headed to Guangzhou in the afternoon for another training. We had dimsum for lunch!

31st October 2015
The weather was great that day! We basically spent the whole day on our event lol. Two of the sales people talked to me. One of them was a guy who's my age and thinks that I don't look like my age (and I thought the same thing about him lol) and he told me this was his last event with the company and he's going home to do something else and when I asked him what is he going to do he said cannot say. Then I was like... errr then you tell me all these for what?? Afterwards there was another guy who came and talk to me cos he heard from RS that I'm from China and studied in SG which is similar to his background. Then he offered to shake hand so I shake lor, but his hand was like limp and felt like he didn't want to shake hand, then what for did he offer?! -.- I also don't want to shake his hand lor. Faint. These people are so weird.
We had random Western food for lunch. I wanted to get ribs but they didn't have it that day, so had no choice but to eat chicken! For dinner, we went to this Korean restaurant nearby but it wasn't very fantastic either.

1st November 2015
Headed home! Super tired from all these trips. Our schedules were so tight and we didn't have time to explore the cities at all. :/ I definitely prefer Shenzhen to Beijing because the service here is so much better!
